Program Coordinator

Location: Taguig City, Philippines

The Program Coordinator administers and organizes program activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Product Partner Ecosystem group, aiming at the flawless execution of the activities within the Ecosystem program. The role of the Project/Program Coordinator is to assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party partners in order to deliver projects according to plan.

As a Program Coordinator, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  • Coordinate procedural matters regarding the day-to-day operations of a project.
  • Work closely with Product Partner Ecosystem team in setting up partner accounts in different NICE inContact systems, hosting webinars and other partner go-to-market activities
  • Coordinate activities with Finance, Legal, Product, and Support teams for partner contracts
  • Liaise with NICE inContact Support and Connectivity team to help set up new partners and resolve partner issues
  • Provide analytical and technical support to the Product Partner Ecosystem team and/or partners in executing assigned projects with minimal supervision.
  • Provide computer support for departmental/project objectives and determine appropriate software needed.
  • Liaise with the business to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Assist Partner Ecosystem team updating Project Plans and documents to forward to partners and distribute meeting minutes as needed. Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of inContact.
To Land This Gig You'll Need:
  • 5+ years proven experience in partner management, project management or related field
  • Previous experience in contact center products, services, or management
  • Proven track record of defining a strategic program and successfully implementing the program goals.
  • Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site.
  • Bachelor’s degree with work experience in the contact center &/or software space

Bonus Experience:

  • Prior experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management, Contact Center, Cloud, software experience
