How You’ll Contribute to our IT success:

  • Manage our R&D labs infrastructure - including building the unit's roadmap, project planning, support processes, software/hardware management and support and more
  • Manage IT teams (system, network, UC etc.)
  • Manage all lab environments – virtualization and private cloud, performance, public cloud (AWS & Azure), automation and ITOps and more
  • Security – work with the CISO to Maintain a secured environment from Identity management to firewalls, switches, VPNs, network and Cybersecurity core aspects
  • Manage all access across all software platforms
  • Global services - provide services to all users globally based on a follow the sun support mechanism to enable smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Manage all relationships and services with 3rd party vendors including company-used software tools and licenses
  • Oversee all Labs hardware procurement processes and execution
  • Plan, build and execute upon a yearly budget
  • Creativity – constantly work on improving the services we provide, leverage automation, efficiency, create roadmap plans according to the company's strategy
  • R&D partnership work closely with R&D and DevOps teams to level up the collaboration, enhance productivity and value provided to the business

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • 8+ years as an Infrastructure Manager in a modern tech company & as R&D or DevOps manager in mixed environments (on prem & cloud)
  • Experience in managing global teams (+20)
  • Proven experience in building, setting up, and running dev environments (software & hardware) at a growing tech company
  • Experience managing, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware and software within a mixed Windows, Mac, and Linux systems environment
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Experience in establishing and enforcing information security and cyber protection policies across a distributed workplace
  • Experience in managing global teams
  • Business understanding and ability to translate business needs to technical actions
  • Knowledge and experience in the DevOps world and cloud environments
