We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to ensure the successful scoping, design, implementation and adoption of NICE Advanced Process Automation (APA) solutions for Customers and Partners.
You will conduct Discovery to identify, prioritise and select opportunities for automation. Effectively scope projects and project effort estimations. Work with Customer SME’s to understand the ‘as is’ state and automation feasibility.
You'll also: develop and maintain solution design documents as per industry and internal best practices. Guide Customers to optimise and redesign processes in preparation for automation. Demonstrate solutions and achieve sign-off from Customer stakeholders.
Develop initial test plan to clearly define required test cases for development and machine/environment requirements for project delivery.
Drive Customers/Partners towards effective decision-making to maintain project delivery and momentum. Point of contact for all solution changes, assessing impact and effectively managing expectations.
Act as mediator to ensure that jargon is removed and communication between business and IT teams flows.
Conduct on site and remote based training to existing and new Customers/Partners on the discovery and design aspects of APA.
Mentor and evaluate Business Analysts during the discovery and design of their first APA solutions.
Assist Pre-Sales, Sales and Services functions in the promotion of Education, Value Realisation Services, Product and Developer Support.
Manage workload across multiple Customers/Partners ensuring that the resource tracker is updated daily.
Attend all team meetings and proactively contribute towards knowledge management.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and NICE procedures.
Provide a high standard, professional, friendly, customer-focused service.
