This position reports to the Vice President of Investor Relations. The successful candidate will combine knowledge of finance and communications to assist in the implementation of a strategic, comprehensive Investor Relations program. This is a temporary position (replacement for maternity leave).

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact with the investment community in responding to inquiries and relaying feedback to the Vice President and senior management
  • Support the quarterly earnings preparation process, including interaction with internal teams to obtain data and content, and collaboration with senior management during the process
  • Develop, edit and maintain investor presentations, earnings press releases, marketing press releases, scripts and Q&A briefing documents 
  • Contribute to the management and measurement of investor outreach and targeting programs  
  • Responsible for updating the investor relations website to ensure all information is accurate and up to date in accordance with regulatory and exchange related reporting requirements 
  • Contribute to the planning and management of, and participate in, investor events, including investor conferences, road shows, investor days and other investor meetings, and NICE Interactions
  • Develop strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams, including finance, legal and multiple business units, to build a better understanding of the company and to execute job responsibilities efficiently and effectively 
  • Identify and implement strategic and tactical ideas for the continuous improvement of the Investor Relations program 
  • Primary operator of the capital markets database and intelligence system that supports the Investor Relations program 
  • Create, execute and analyze periodic reporting about the company's stock price and performance, analysts' estimates and perceptions, investor opinions, shareholder base, industry and peer companies, and the stock market 
  • Monitor and summarize market trends, economic news, etc. that impacts the company, peers, and the broader markets 
  • Support the content of the Annual Report 

Education:
 
• BA/B.SC in Finance or Accounting or MBA

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Investor Relations or finance/strategic planning role. Prior experience as a securities analyst (buy-side or sell-side) a strong plus.
  • Strong financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability 
  • A good understanding of financial modeling techniques
  • Good English speaker & fluent/good in Hebrew
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office skills 
  • Skilled at project management, multi-tasking, staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proactive, self-starter, and able to operate with minimal guidance while working collaboratively within a team environment 
  • Effective networking skills and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders 
  • A broad thinker, with an interest and ability to deliver views on operations, strategies and the overall environment 
  • Excellent judgment, discretion and integrity
