Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contract)

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruitment across the organization. 

  • Partner with internal clients and own NAM’s full life-cycle recruitment process from opening a requisition through offer
  • Identify new avenues of sourcing/recruiting candidates and make recommendations for improved efficiency while effectively representing the NAM brand
  • Utilize recruiting expertise to strategically source and effectively screen candidates, using various resources, traditional advertising vehicles, employee referrals, networking, and contacting passive candidates.
  • Provide recruitment expertise to management for selection of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Act as primary contact between candidate and company, manage expectations for potential employment with NAM; manage salary negotiation process
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws with regard to selection and staffing
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to management
  • Any additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-5 years high volume full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Extensive experience utilizing sourcing tools and creative recruitment programs
  • Proven client management experience
  • Ability to recruit at all levels across various geographies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales recruiting, campus recruiting or digital recruiting
  • Strong technical skills to manage recruiting tools
  • Self-starter with high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and ambition
