RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation and analysis of retailer proposals including analyzing post trends and forward looking forecasts
• Manage retail contract expiration chart
• Prepare monthly retailer pacing decks for retail leads
• Prepare retail related PowerPoint slides for Instore monthly business review
• Track and monitor placements volume for contracts with variable incentives
• Assist in preparations of retailer quarterly business reviews for largest retail partners
• Work with manager to develop annual budgets and bi-monthly outlooks for retail spend
• Preparation of the month end accrual based on latest contractual obligations and coordination with Accounting in order to reconcile retail accruals payments
• Provide detailed analysis on period over period retail variances
• Assist commercial team on ad hoc retailer pricing requests as needed
• Ability to independently create actionable ad hoc analysis
• Work with analytics team (IT) to develop new dashboards and enhancements as needed for reporting and analysis

REQUIREMENTS
• BS degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant Finance experience
• Limited travel to NYC office
• Strong Excel Oracle skills are necessary
• Tableau and Essbase experience a plus
