Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team. Our team has been growing as we continue to meet the demands of our evolving business. This individual should be a natural problem-solver with great attention to detail. Project management is very important in this role as the team is responsible for the execution of numerous events around the US and Canada.  

Responsible for supporting the TA team with scheduling, candidate processing and all operational elements of recruiting including:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews
  • Coordinating candidate and team travel
  • Maintaining proper applicant tracking in ATS
  • Managing employee referrals
  • Responsible for processing invoices and payments
  • Generating candidate offers
  • Ensuring candidates receive employment application
  • Assist in prepping for meetings and special events
  • Ensure that various office receive recruiting materials for events
  • Trigger onboarding process
  • Complete reference checks for lower level roles

 Qualifications

  • Experience in a support role, ideally in HR or TA
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRMs
  • Demonstrating project management or event planning skills
  • Strong excel skills (Pivot tables and V-look ups)
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Must have an interest in recruiting
