Senior Product Analyst

The Investment Product Management Team supports various marketing and client reporting functions for all products offered by Natixis Investment Managers (NIM). The team is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (“SPA”) with strong leadership. project management and communication skills to (1) help complete requests for product information as well as (2) support initiatives to enhance the production, coordination, and review of key deliverables for the team.  Examples of deliverables include RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, online databases, and foundational product materials. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the investment industry and familiarity of investment concepts.  In addition, they will have experience working with multiple investment vehicles including mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, and/or multi-asset portfolios. The SPA should also feel comfortable representing the Investment Product Management Team in conversations with internal colleagues such as Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Technology, as well as external partners such as clients, affiliates, and vendors.  This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the completion of key deliverables.
  • Work across Product Group to enhance workflow and streamline production of client deliverables and marketing collateral.
  • Document existing processes utilized to produce product and product related data that is utilized in foundational product materials.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement in the collection of data from various sources across the enterprise to automate data sources.
  • Work with other business units, affiliates and vendors to streamline workflow such as technology, marketing, data intelligence group, etc. 
  • Assist with planning and tactical implementation of projects.
  • Assist with building project plans and communicate milestones regularly to key collaborators.
  • Represent the department at different standing meetings within the organization – identifying and communicating key issues and results.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the asset management industry
  • Strong investment product knowledge and an understanding of investment and market concepts
