Description

What you will do: 
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual product deliverables across affiliates.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain large volumes of foundational materials in support of sales, including but not limited to factsheets, commentaries, and pitch books
  • Gather and prioritize data. Work with various departments to manage deliverables from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and speed to market.
  • Analyze usage and engagement of product marketing collateral to ensure pieces are valuable to sales and clients.
  • Interact successfully with internal business partners, including but not limited to Compliance, Design, Sales, Fulfillment, the Investment Strategist Group, and Product
  • Help facilitate and work within framework of quarter-end responsibilities. Assist in planning/executing quarterly update of all performance collateral under tight deadlines, ensuring updates prior to any data expiration.
  • Proactively build and improve knowledge of investment industry and asset management business through training offered internally, externally, through conference opportunities, sales call listening, etc.
  • Work alongside compliance to produce marketing collateral in line with both internal Natixis polices and external policies set by FINRA, the SEC and other governing financial agencies.
  • Seek out and participate in regular product training via internal channels. Maintain responsibility for self-training on products and product types.
  • Think critically about process and responsibilities. Ask questions and make decisions based on need for increased efficiency.
What you will bring: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (marketing or finance preferred).
  • Entry-level or internship industry experience, preferably in asset management marketing communications.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently.
  • An appetite for improving investment and product knowledge.
  • Proactive and innovative problem solver.
  • Collaborative, creative, team-based and open to idea exchange.
  • Well-adapted project and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Exposure to Workfront, Adtrax, Seismic, Adobe, Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Interested in pursuing a CFA® designation is a plus.
