Description

The Clinic Liaison Coordinator is primarily responsible for consistently performing excellent patient relations/customer service, scheduling new and existing patients arriving in the ER, transitioning the patient back into the clinical setting or establishing care within a primary care clinic setting and functioning as the focal communication source for assigned clinic area under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations. Works cooperatively to effectively execute and maintain organizational standards of patient care, other expected aspects of professional ambulatory care service delivery, and organizational codes of conduct, confidentiality and privacy.

Required:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent 
- 1-3 Years Experience in Administration Assistant Experience; Medical Office Environment 
- BLS within the first 90 days of employment

Preferred:
2 Years of College 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  1. Knowledge and proficiency in word processing and file management using Word, Excel and other software as required by the department.
  2. Knowledge and proficiency of eCW software as applicable to position duties and responsibilities.
  3. Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
  4. Ability to operate automated standard office equipment such as multi-line phone system, copier, fax machine, shredder, etc.
  5. Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
  6. Ability to interpret, comprehend, and transmit complicated and detailed instructions accurately.
