Physical Therapist- Metro Center- PRN
Description
Nashville General Hospital is hiring a PRN (as needed) Physical Therapist for our Metro Center Location.
This position is primarily responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive physical therapy program for properly referred in-patients and out-patients. The Physical Therapy staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients assigned.
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing interventions and exercises.
- Educating patients on injury prevention and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Improving mobility and managing pain.
- maximizing physical function and fitness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Active license as a physical therapist in the state of Tennessee
- BLS - Required
