Licensed Practical Nurse - Bordeaux Urgent Care Clinic

Nashville General is hiring an LPN for our Bordeaux Urgent Clinic for a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. This is a full-time position working Saturday, Sunday and a few shifts throughout the week.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers nursing care for patients across their life span, and through the use of the nursing process, assesses and documents the effects of care under the supervision a Clinic Nurse Manager. Works cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, medical and other patient-team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
LPN Responsibilities:
- Measure and monitor vital signs
- Help physicians with patient examinations
- Record patient history and personal information
- Administering medications as directed by physicians
- Schedule patient appointments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Practical Nurse License in the state of Tennessee
- Employee must have valid BLS upon hire. CPI required within 90 days of hire.
- Clinic experience required
