Description
Experience/Knowledge:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years prior experience working with various telephone systems, including hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Experience working on Nortel Meridian telephone system, Callpilot voicemail, Contact Center, and Telstrat Engage is preferred.
- Knowledge of cabling color codes is strongly recommended.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of an Associates Degree in Telecommunications Technology or equivalent is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
None required
