Nashville General Hospital is hiring a Ambulatory Quality and Regulatory Manager for Full-time day! 
   
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ambulatory Quality and Regulatory Manager to oversee all aspects of quality and regulatory compliance for our ambulatory primary care and specialty clinic, as well as our endoscopy lab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analytics, acquiring certifications such as NCQA's Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Patient-Centered Specialty Practice (PCSP), gathering MIPS data, and collaborating with leadership to enforce best practices and processes that meet our quality metrics. Additionally, this role will lead projects related to improving patient outcomes and foster a culture of a high-reliability organization.
As an Ambulatory Quality and Regulatory Manager, you will: 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management program for the clinic and endoscopy lab.
  • Identify opportunities for quality improvement and lead initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collect and report Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) data to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.
  • Monitor MIPS performance and implement strategies to improve scores and outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on clinical and operational data to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
  • Prepare for and coordinate accreditation and certification surveys and inspections.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address any identified deficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:  
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field required, Master’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management or a similar role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
