This role is key in helping us drive our Vision, to be the trusted software partner for the largest enterprises in the world!
Reporting to the Director of Product Operations, the Business Development Coordinator will contribute significantly to the Pipeline Review Process and the Key Account Program, acting as a crucial liaison between Operations and the Sales team.
Responsibilities
  • CRM and Pipeline Oversight: Oversee the CRM system and facilitate weekly pipeline review calls to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
  • Key Account Coordination: Prepare and coordinate key account meetings by gathering and synthesizing information from all departments and online sources, including financial data and updates about key accounts.
  • Quarterly Business Review: Compile and organize information for quarterly business review meetings, ensuring all relevant data is accurate and comprehensive.
  • Renewal Program Coordination: Coordinate the renewal program by ensuring progress tracking and completion of action items.
Additional Contribution
  • Assist with various Key Account Activities
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of being rigorous and meticulous in work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, or willingness to quickly develop to an advanced level.
  • Demonstrable interest in learning about KPIs and financial metrics.
  • Bachelors / Masters in Business degree in a relevant field.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal oriented.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively with a wide range of professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.

  • B2B software experience an asset.
