As a Dispatcher, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the success of KINT Corporation and its customers through the following core job responsibilities:
- Coordinate all Field Technicians for optimum efficiency.
- Ensure that the appropriate personnel are dispatched at the proper time and sequenced properly.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all employees and create an attitude of teamwork that drives the Company to achieve its daily activity.
- Maintains the company’s dispatch log which outlines all, assigned and unassigned call slips. Schedule should be updated daily as customer orders are received.
- Advise the drivers of the day’s delivery requirements, ensure that the process is organized and all daily deliveries are completed.
- Produce all driver delivery documents.
- Prepare and distribute weekly driver and GPS system reports outlining all drive times, miles driven, stops completed, etc. to Department Manager.
- Respond to all incoming calls for additional, changed or new orders.
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
