What’s Required:
- Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration)
- Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist
