Monarch Investment has an excellent opportunity for the right maintenance individual! Today we are looking for a National Maintenance Rover in the Columbus/Dayton Ohio area. This position is expected to be on the road 80% of the time. Travel is a requirement. Monarch has grown to be the 8th largest multifamily company in 21 different states. What We Need from you:
 
• Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off. 10 hour shifts
• HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge preferred (not required but preferred)
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification preferred (not required but preferred)
• Basic hand tool knowledge and safety practices
• Plumbing experience
• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets/GFI, switches, and light fixtures
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required      

Essential Jobs Duties and Responsibilities:       

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority 
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining grounds
• Working with Regional Property Managers on monthly maintenance budget reviews and audits
• Create, Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program for individual properties
• Keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Inventory Control
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone and fill in gaps when applicable
• Snow removal
• Pool maintenance
• Lead capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs
• Manage 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projects
