Job title – Partner – Invention, Mindshare Fulcrum, India

Overview of job
You will be the key Activations Manager for the Mindshare Fulcrum activations team. You will be directly responsible for Local Deployment Taskforce for all HUL brands in North, Central & East of India.  You will be responsible to build a relationship both internally with the Media team as well as externally with the client. You will manage day to day operations on prospective & active activation projects, including co ordination with Activation Partners, internal Client Leads, external Client teams, internal finance & administration. Play an active role in understanding Client requirements, ideate in developing the best solutions, identify ideal partners to deliver the solution & negotiate the best possible deal followed by project supervision, monitor deliveries & reporting. You will endeavour to drive Innovation & Effectiveness through all recommended solutions & manage entry into various industry & media awards.

This role reports to the Principal Partner - Invention

Measures of success –
In three months:
  • Understood the framework of GroupM & Mindshare
  • Get a complete understanding of the various HUL brands
  • Built relationships with all relevant teams and client leaders internally
  • Built relationships with key members of the Local Deployment Taskforce of HUL
  • Rolled out 4 campaigns successfully
In six months:
  • Taken charge of the role in all assigned regions, delivering 8 well executed campaigns
  • Meeting all business KPIs of the LDT
In 12 months:
  • Been a desired and active participant in brand strategy meetings with the client in addition to internal
  • Have a clear action plan for dependable and foreseeable business growth
  • Built a strong business case for team expansion on the back of the business built
  • Celebrated for at least 1 award for the work done by you
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Work towards assigned delivery target – Develop and Maintain relationships on assigned clients to receive briefs, develop reverts and close projects.
  • Increase market share with current clients
  • Coordinate with internal Digital, Media and Content teams to create 360 plans
  • Develop one award winning project per quarter.
  • Create award entries in conjunction with the team
  • Coordinate with Operations for Costing and Logistics
What you will need:
  • Relevant experience of 10+ years in media, activations & events
  • Relevant experience in activation & media in North, Central & East of India
  • Ability to lead a campaign end to end from understanding of brief to implementation of solution
  • Ability & willingness to leverage the strengths of GroupM’s matrixed environment
  • Team building & team management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and drive to build the business under you
