Overview of job

Mindshare Fulcrum is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. It is an exclusive arm dedicated to service HUL, the house of brands that is one of the largest advertisers in the country.
Clients recognize the significance of content in marketing now more than ever; hence we witnessed a steady increase in investments in it. This led to the creation of a dedicated division within our agency specializing in content marketing – Content+. We are currently looking for the right candidate for the position ofDirector’ to join us in this division.
What we are looking for
·         Experienced advertising professionals who possess a strong understanding of the content landscape, content consumption habits and the science of content marketing.
·         A background in media or creative agency with an orientation to creating delightful relations with clients through impactful and efficient content marketing solutions for brands will be highly preferred.
·         They should know the pros and cons of different media channels and have demonstrated this knowledge by creating award-winning multi-media campaigns.
·         They should have a natural affinity to pop culture and the ability to unearth powerful insights to be able to leverage them for driving marketing objectives.
·         Unorthodox creative thinking and challenging the standard practices of advertising are encouraged and appreciated.
·         They should also possess a mastery of presentation tools (Powerpoint/Canva/Etc.), a flair for creative writing and sound operational knowledge of MS Excel.
What a day looks like-
You’ll be responsible for decoding brand briefs, researching for insights and trends, coming up with breakthrough and impactful ideas, identifying and selecting the right partners, co-creating solutions with them, pitching to clients, supervising execution and deriving learnings from reporting.

In this role, your goals will be:

In 3 months-
·         Build relations & ensure client delight in their dealings
·         Create content-led integrated multi-media marketing solutions
In 6 months-
·         Apply cutting edge technologies to innovate media & experiences
·         Convince brands to adopt & own a purpose, where relevant
·         Drive first party data collection, commerce & brand power scores through content
In 12 months-
·         Win awards across national and international forums
·         Collaborate with internal GroupM verticals
