OpenMind was recently awarded Nestle’s media agency of record in Australia & New Zealand, commencing June 2024. Purpose of Position:

As an Account Manager you are responsible for managing the day to day operations for your client. You will work with the client team & specialist teams in Mediacom to ensure the output from Mediacom is of a consistent high quality and that, for responses to brief, the strategic approach flows seamlessly through all facets of the brief response. You will support your Associate Client Director and ensure we deliver an excellent standard of service and that deadlines are met. You will be curious, passionate, about your clients business so as to unearth & develop business challenges into solutions that will drive our business forward.

 What you’ll bring:
  • A passion for the Media Industry.
  • Great competency for number crunching.
  • A qualification in advertising, marketing, communication or a similar field.
  • 2 years minimum experience.
  • High levels of energy and a desire to deliver great work.
  • Strong attention to detail with good levels of accuracy across all aspects – planning, implementation, reporting and invoicing.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills (time management, meeting deadlines).
  • A willingness to learn and desire to challenge yourself.
  • Unafraid to ask questions.
  • An expert at multi-tasking.
  • Fast learner and ready to embrace a challenge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
