Operations Director
 
The Operations function is tasked with three primary areas of responsibility:
1.           Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions within client teams
2.           Supporting client teams with ways of working, competency and capacity of team members
3.           Responsible for overarching reporting (client and global) cadence and delivery

Responsibilities
 
This role is responsible for Operations functions across Squad Unilever. You are pivotal in enhancing awareness, understanding and action across key reporting requirements.
 
Unilever
 
  • Own Global reporting deliverables across contract and audit requirements
  • Lead MAP (digital media plan) accuracy, timelines and links to local reporting requirements
  • Complete monthly competitive reports
  • Work with Trading team (Performance and Non-Biddable) for global and local reporting requirements, including trading compliance and audit requirements
  • Responsible for the induction and onboarding of product and process for new starters 
  • Owner of Naming convention compliance review
  • Lead Digital Process Audit
  • Project / workflow / campaign timeline management
 
Experience
 
Media and communications
You are Director level with min. 6 years’ experience working in a media agency in a client team. You understand internal, client and creative agency processes. You understand media terminology across Channel planning, reporting and trading.
 
Project management and implementation
You love process and thrive when managing projects. You have the ability to pick up and make sense of projects and well as develop and implement your own.
 
Numerate and Accountable
You understand numbers; both media metrics and business targets. You hold yourself accountable to ensuring the team are aware of global and local reporting requirements.
 
Communication and stakeholder engagement
You are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders; internally, globally and with clients. You can dissect the relevant information and proceed building out processes with the information gathered.
