Role Responsibilities: 
  • Govern, address concerns, and deliver assessments on the full-scale media plans across social, search and programmatic tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
  • Act as the secondary point of contact for clients, able to provide clear and concise explanations of media strategies and campaign performances.
  • Translate complex media terminology and concepts into easy-to-understand language for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives, offering strategic recommendations and adjustments.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective media planning and execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, sharing relevant insights with clients.
Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience in media planning across Social, Search, and Programmatic, with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to media planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.
