Job Title: Practice Lead – BFSI
As a key member of MetricStream's Professional Services organization, the Practice Lead is responsible for successful implementation of MetricStream’s GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) solutions by leading the solution creation process for MetricStream customers. Practice Lead will own the functional design, leading the customer with Industry best practices. Act as functional consultant providing guidance to customers to establish and implement GRC program across various functions.
- Prepare for and lead the solution requirements phase with customers and lead solution definition activities
- Learn and develop the MetricStream products like Platform, App studio and Modules knowledge necessary to lead the solution architecture process across a variety of Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives.
- Lead, manage and mentor Business Analysts assigned to your engagements
- Manage and mitigate project risks, identify and resolve project issues, manage customer expectations and maintain ongoing and regular communications with the customer
- Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like Banking, Insurance etc.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore resources
- Detail oriented hands-on Consultant
- Ability to travel to customer sites in the U.S. and abroad up to 50% of the time
- Acting as a subject matter expert, share GRC domain expertise with MetricStream product development teams for future product enhancements;
- Work closely with MetricStream product development organization to enhance base products with the industry best practices related to accounting and audit programs.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance;
- CPA designation preferred;
- 10+ years internal/external auditing, Risk Management experience;
- 3+ years in GRC solution design and implementation;
- Project management experience;
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;
