VP, US East Global Services

MetricStream is looking for a leader for its US East Global Services team who has a successful track record of leading and growing a regional services business. The role will manage a team of 100+ employees and will be based either in Palo Alto or New York.

Responsibilities

  • A transformational leader who has ownership and accountability for the US East region services
  • Responsible for building, maintaining and growing a portfolio of GRC implementation services
  • Be customer-facing to ensure best in class customer experience while enabling profitable revenue growth
  • Work closely with Customer Success Executives to ensure delivery and on-going support of successful use case implementations
  • Proficiency in the RAMP program for mapping use cases to application functionality, as well as ensuring the team is proficient in RAMP and execution of fit-gap between use cases and upgrades
  • Develop annual financial plans that support the attainment of strategic and financial objectives
  • Partner with other regions and operations to standardize the global delivery methodology
  • Enable delivery readiness for new SaaS solutions
  • Lead a team with a large presence out of India, and multiple partners
  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of team so they consistently set the highest standard for the experience they give our customers and are personally and professionally fulfilled by their work
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure there is information flow in both directions

    Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with a technical discipline. Master's preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience, including Professional Services managerial experience
  • Experience leading large teams, and having accountability for a P&L
  • Deep passion for customer experience, coupled with a driving motivation to solve their problems and continually improve their experience
  • Experience with Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) customers
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships in a matrix, global environment and establish a high level of credibility across functional lines of business and organizational levels
  • Demonstration of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, communicating effectively with customers, executives, leaders, program/initiative owners, and stakeholders
