We are seeking a Head of Demand Marketing. This is a global role reporting directly to the CMO. We are looking for a marketing leader who has a proven track record in managing and scaling Field Marketing, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Digital Marketing, Pre-Sales and Events teams. Strong prior experience in Product Marketing is desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute strategies to build healthy sales pipeline across key geographies
  • Inspire and lead the global demand marketing teams, instill a passion to exceed targets and objectives
  • Plan resources and budgets, define processes, targets, and metrics for SDR, demand marketing, events and presales teams
  • Build and manage required teams, structure and drive the teams to ensure optimal execution of both inbound and outbound programs, drive demand generation across target segments, target accounts, plan and achieve SQL and MQL targets
  • Set goals and targets for all teams and programs, allocate resources and budget to ensure the team achieve their targets
  • Align demand management process with the industry-standard demand waterfall model, implement ABM, personalization, drip and nurture campaign programs
  • Plan and manage goto market activities in partnership with field sales and product marketing
  • Develop long term and short term plans for various programs, monitor the progress of execution, analyze and report performance to senior management
  • Plan and allocate budget for various demand programs, strategic initiatives, decide on the targets, setting program goals and measurement criteria
  • Plan and manage marketing calendar and ensure alignment between global and regional marketing programs, campaigns
  • Design multi-touch demand programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics
  • Develop account-based marketing programs for penetrating target accounts
  • Work with field sales, product marketing teams to package and position solutions to specific industries and segments
  • Understand various buyer personas, challenges, trends, buying priorities and provide insights to product marketing and management teams
  • Maintain a marketing dashboard, track effectiveness of various programs, campaigns, report ROI of marketing programs

Qualifications/Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years’ experience in various Marketing functions (Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing), Go-to-Market, and Sales Enablement
  • Successful track record in achieving pipeline targets and delivering results in fast-paced enterprise software companies (SaaS/PaaS)
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across multiple regional/global functions/levels spanning different cultures
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to manage and deliver multiple large scale projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
    High energy, charismatic, innovative, collaborative, results-driven self-starter who takes initiative
  • Excellent understanding and experience with various marketing tools and digital marketing processes
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
