Description

Key Responsibilities Areas:

  • Hands-on designer, experienced in developing design solutions using visual design tools.
  • Delivering through the design phase - creating and managing the development of visual style/branding guidelines, marketing collateral, internal communications collateral and branding, power point templates and presentations.
  • Design visuals for proposals, presales collaterals, brochures, flyers, factsheets, business cases, case studies, presentations, whitepapers and customer/client facing documents based on internal and external requirements, exhibition booths etc
  • Proficiency in creating infographics.
  • Offers consultative approach to design solutions.
  • Good knowledge of flow charts, diagrams and illustrations.
  • Cross-functional people management.
  • Demonstrates quick turnaround for shorter timelines.
  • Perform above his/her capabilities and accept new challenges.
  • Respond well to deadlines and work outside of normal hours when required.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous assignments/projects.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and other design tools.
  • Accountable and responsible for final artworks and designs.
  • Additional skills in video editing for social media and website purposes would be an advantage.





Experience and Skills:

The candidate should have previously worked with IT services/product organizations with a minimum total work experience of 4-6 years; out of which at least 2 -3 years as a visual designer.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably a visual arts degree or similar disciplines.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Visual design, Industrial design, Interaction Design, Advertising, or other relevant background.
  • Proven ability to utilize limited colors within brand guidelines to develop innovative designs.
  • Proficient in visual design tools and is aware of new design techniques and tools that can substantially improve the learning and/ or visual appeal.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment requiring cross-functional interaction with middle and senior management teams.
  • The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to work virtually, and independently and offer flexibility
  • Comfortable working on a number of concurrent activities
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly
    • Ability to take independent ownership and work in a team environment
