VP of Product Marketing and Management

Lead a global team of Product Marketing and Management professionals who have built a market-leading GRC and IRM product portfolio deployed at Global, Enterprise, and Mid-Market customers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will set the vision and define the roadmap to leverage AI/ML, Cloud, and other leading-edge technologies to strengthen the MetricStream brand in the GRC market globally. You will develop and evangelize corporate and product strategy that resonates with customers, partners, and industry influencers, and execute go-to-market plans by collaborating closely with Sales, Development, Partners, Services, and Customer Success teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, gather customer requirements, understand the competitive landscape, and develop a business plan, product strategy, and prioritize product feature roadmap
  • Define product messaging, pricing, packaging, distribution, and competitive positioning for the entire product portfolio
  • Develop go-to-market plans and train sales and channels to meet revenue goals
  • Be the Product Domain expert to lead Product Advisory Councils to gather customer requirements and evangelize product strategy
  • Responsible for Partner Ecosystem Product and Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Partner closely with C-level executives, Development, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to understand conceptual ideas, product innovations, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to increase market penetration, value realization, and customer retention
  • Develop the market and product requirements, buyer personas, and segmentation details and definitions necessary for product and content strategy, sales enablement, and demand generation
  • Responsible for content creation spanning solutions, products, and technology including demos, white papers, case studies, customer video testimonials
  • Identify opportunities and recommend approaches to scale marketing programs across target geographical markets and focus industries
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrate thought leadership at key industry events, conferences, CXO roundtables, analyst/media briefings, and customer meetings
  • Assess competitive landscape to stay on top of customer feedback and industry trends
  • Mentor and grow a team of top product marketing and management talent

 

Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years of product and technology experience in Enterprise Applications focused on SaaS Product Marketing and Product Management.
  • GRC domain expertise with strong technical and product experience
  • Experience in Banking/Financial Services and other regulated industries
  • Ability to influence and work closely with Analysts, Customers, Partners, and Sales
  • Led global and remote teams
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Results-oriented approach and proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Education

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering, BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related fields
  • MBA is highly desired
