FirstChoice is a Trinity Health float pool that supplies nurses to Mercy Health and Saint Joseph Mercy Health System. It operates like an internal staffing agency (float pool) offering a variety of options to fit your career goals. Whether you're looking for per diem, part time, full time, local and/or travel contract opportunities we have what you're looking for. We're currently hiring experienced RNs to help fill short term and long term assignments at our Mercy Health Muskegon & Lakeshore locations for the following specialty areas. Specialties:

• Emergency Room, ER
• Intensive Care Unit, ICU
• Progressive Care Unit, PCU
• Medical Surgical, MS

  The requirements are simple:
  2 years current experience as an Registered Nurse in the inpatient /acute hospital setting that you desire to work in.
  Per Diem-must work two shifts (24 hours) every four (4) weeks to remain active.
  Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
  Must be willing to float.

    Experience:
    2 years of current experience in the following specialties, ER, ICU, PCU, MS - inpatient acute hospital setting. Cerner experience preferred. Float pool experience preferred, contract/travel agency experience preferred, Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
    • Applicants must be able to complete the orientation and training that will be provided and be able to float. We have different options to choose from that will meet your schedule.
