Senior Labor Relations / Colleague Relations Business Partner (Muskegon)
Description
Provides strategic and collaborative support in the design, development, communication and delivery of HR programs, services and initiatives. Collaborates with and provides support to Regional Health Ministry (RHM) Business Leaders in the development and execution of Business Unit strategic initiatives; ensures HR programs meet expectations; ensures processes and procedures are communicated and aligned throughout the RHM/Business Unit; supports the design and development of measures and metrics to support business needs and reports progress and results to HR and Business Unit leadership.
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: PHR, SHRM-CP, and/or PMP certification. Related Experience
Required: Three years of HR experience, including Total Rewards, Employee and Labor Relations, Culture and Change Management, Talent Management, Project Management, Lean Management, and Workforce Planning.
Preferred: Prior Project Management and/or HR Business Partner experience. Labor Relations experience.

Computer Competency
