The Data Scientist will be instrumental in providing analytical support and insights to enhance operational efficiencies and decision-making processes. This role will assist in the development and application of predictive analytics, employing machine learning and artificial intelligence to help optimize routes and improve strategic planning. Responsibilities will include analyzing and updating input assumptions for MedSpeed’s network, as well as assessing and delivering data-driven insights and analyses to support various initiatives aimed at advancing MedSpeed's operational objectives.

What you will be doing as a Data Scientist with MedSpeed:     .

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets informing business decisions
  • Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate and present data-driven insights effectively.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPI and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Statistical Expertise: Apply statistical knowledge to design experiments and provide statistical insights.
  • Data Model: Understand and be familiar with regressor and classification models.
  • Tools and Packages: Leverage mainstream data analysis tools and packages (e.g., SQL, Python) to manipulate, analyze data   

What you will need to bring to be a Data Scientist at MedSpeed:     

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in data science-related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline, engineering, or computer science.
  • Understand and be familiar with machine learning, modeling.
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related).
  • Master at SQL query.
  • Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiar with Tableau for dashboard and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of statistics and experience in applying statistical concepts to real-world problems.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
