我们正在寻找一位充满创造力与洞察力的Data Solution Associate Director加入我们的数据团队。该职位的核心职责是领导并执行数据驱动的创新项目,与中国顶尖的社交与媒体平台(如小红书、抖音、腾讯等)建立合作关系,基于他们的数据能力为品牌提供创新解决方案。同时能够基于我们的数据库里的数据来洞察市场趋势,利用数据分析和建模技术,为品牌的Media Planning、市场定位、沟通策略和创新营销活动提供科学依据和建议。
主要职责
  • 与中国领先的社交媒体和内容平台(如小红书、抖音、腾讯等)建立和维护战略合作伙伴关系,创新数据合作项目,建立行业领先的解决方案。
  • 跨部门合作,利用平台的数据能力,基于最新的市场趋势和数据分析,与Planning团队深度合作,为品牌提供定制化的数据解决方案,帮助品牌精准定位目标受众,并提出有效的沟通和营销策略,并包装成行业案例。
  • 利用现有的媒体数据库和创意资产数据库,结合建模分析和现成的AI大模型技术进行数据分析,为销售和营销团队提供数据驱动的洞察和解决方案。
职位要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,计算机科学、数据科学、统计学等加分。
  • 至少5年以上在数据分析、数据科学或相关领域的工作经验。
  • 具有平台合作的经验,对中国数字营销生态系统有深入了解。
  • 优秀的跨部门沟通和协调能力,能够在多元文化环境中高效工作。
  • 创新思维,能够主动识别和抓住新机会,将复杂的数据转化为可行的业务策略。
  • 流利的中英文沟通能力。
  • 如果能熟练掌握数据分析和建模工具(如PythonRSQL等),以及主流的数据分析和可视化软件加分。
