Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving excelerate revenue in the field through various activities including lead generation and recommending and implementing new processes that enable our sales teams to implement short and long term marketing strategies. The Field Marketing represents the “voice of the client and sales” back into other internal departments and serves as a pivotal, central hub for educating and providing information to employees within and outside of sales. Travel up to 50% is required. 


  • Drive marketing programs, from collaborating in planning to scheduling, execution and through results tracking;
  • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure that sales teams are aware of marketing programs, product launches, sales enablement activities, and other top priorities;
  • Drive lead generation activities to increase lead conversion rates (i.e., conversion of leads into sales opportunities) to meet overall revenue targets;
  • Track lead generation results using Communicate these results, identify and address issues affecting prompt follow-up on leads and/or lead quality concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement to sales and marketing leadership;
  • Participate in and/or lead special projects on an as-needed basis;
  • Ensure adoption and participation in marketing campaigns and the related use of marketing materials and/or tools by sales professionals; develop and deliver action plans for improvement in adoption as needed;
  • Manage a formal feedback process to provide field input on programs and promotions to our central team;
  • Participate in and/or lead special projects on an as-needed basis;
  • Manage and host local external client events and internal events as needed and measure the outcome of these events in terms of ROI;
  • Conduct new hire training sessions to review available marketing materials, tools, processes and other marketing information.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience;
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management;
  • Experience with digital marketing and digital agencies;
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical who is not afraid to try new things but also able to successfully manage routine tasks;
  • Ability to manage large detailed project to tight timelines. Respond appropriately under pressures of time and uncertainty;
  • Extremely organized, self-starting, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively under pressure while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales, marketing, and create teams;
  • Strong experience in marketing, event coordination and tradeshow management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High energy, self-directed, team player;
  • Ability to travel 30 – 50%, US based.
