Account Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Will provide sales support for an assigned team of account representatives.
  • Will process all print, digital and direct marketing campaigns including as order entry and layout.
  • Will assist in call preparation by compiling spending, research, data and other information on the account and their category of business.  
  • Responsible for preparing reports and presentations for customer proposals.  
  • Will handle customer calls and inquiries.  

Job Requirements:
  • College degree preferred, Print, digital and /or project management experience a plus.  
  • Must have Computer and software application skills.  
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts.
