Account Coordinator

Advertising Charlotte, NC


The Account Coordinator for our Advertising Department will provide sales support for an assigned team of account representatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationship with accounts in order to provide superior customer service
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations in order to ensure that each order is fulfilled accurately
  • Stay up to date with all processes and procedures to ensure accurate and complete order fulfillment
  • Communicate with the customer and the sales representative on a regular basis to include coverage when sales rep in not available
  • Assist with proposal generation and marketing information for client meetings
  • Organize sales teams records including IO’s, contracts, emails, etc.
  • Work with Finance team to help resolve client credit issues and expedite credit concerns
  • Track competitive media advertising
  • Provide excellent customer service, internally and externally
  • Enter print & digital orders and work with digital strategist to ensure all digital campaigns are optimized
  • Report campaign results to account rep and directly to client, when approved by rep Back-up and assist other Account Coordinators

Job Requirements:
  • Print, digital and/or project management experience a plus.
  • College degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Must be able to learn new software applications when needed.
  • Must be able to multi-task, thrive/produce under deadlines, and communicate with other production areas and related divisions.
