Description

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with minimum three years human resources experience.

Responsibilities:  

  • Conducts orientation meetings to explain benefits to new hires.
  • Handle and enter all status changes into HRIS and advises payroll administrator.
  • Responsible for implementation of all benefit programs.
  • Leads Safety Committee.
  • Responsible for entering personnel information into the HRIS system and filing of information
  • Process forms relating to employee group insurance, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, COBRA notification and company equipment, as well as all new hire paperwork.
  • Enters and processes termination paperwork in HRIS system.
  • Notifies proper departments of terminations.
  • Produce HRIS reports as needed.
  • Maintain and post all company Org Charts.
  • Liaison to Payroll.

Qualifications: 

  • High school graduate plus Human Resource training
  • Minimum three (3) years in an H.R. function/ or College Degree in Human Resources related field
  • Ability to deal effectively with staff, applicants for employment, and the public
  • Flexible, organized, detail oriented
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledgeable about applicable state and federal regulations
