About the Opportunity 
 
As the Outbound Demand Generation Leader for our SaaS company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic outbound demand generation campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creating and executing successful outbound strategies, specifically in the SaaS industry. 
 
Primary Responsibilities: 
 
Strategy Development: 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outbound demand generation strategies aligned with overall business goals. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted ABM plans for key accounts. 
  •  Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to refine and optimize strategies. 
Campaign Planning and Execution: 
  • Design and execute end-to-end outbound campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, and channel selection. 
  • Leverage various channels such as email, social media, content syndication, and events to generate leads and create brand awareness. 
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure the creation of compelling and relevant campaign assets. 
ABM Initiatives: 
  • Develop and execute ABM programs to engage and nurture high-value accounts. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers. 
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. 
Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth: 
  • Drive outbound lead generation efforts to consistently meet or exceed lead and pipeline targets. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement. 
  •  Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to ensure sales teams receive high-quality leads. 
Collaboration and Communication: 
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, particularly marketing, sales, and product development. 
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and contribute to cross-functional planning meetings. 
  • Collaborate with sales to gather feedback on lead quality and adjust strategies accordingly. 
Technology and Tools: 
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. 
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in the demand generation space to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
 
What you bring to this role: 
 
  •  Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound demand generation, with a focus on the SaaS industry. 
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. 
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and implementing innovative solutions.

Compensation 
  • The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000 
  • This position is eligible for company-wide bonus plan
