With the expansion to the Asia region, we are seeking qualified engineers to join the Mattson Team to support our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Mattson’s representative to the customer and responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for hardware support by performing system installation, qualification, troubleshooting and conducting system training to the customer.
• Perform standby duties to support after office hours machine troubleshooting
• Provide support in pre-sales activities, such as products capabilities assessment, products demonstration and presentation.

Skills Required:

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience in RTP / Plasma ashing process is preferred.
  • Good computer skills
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Independent worker with good troubleshooting skills
  • Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel around the region
