Summary of Job Description:

 Responsible for Plasma Product Group's (PPG) business success in product marketing role assigned.  Specifically, to drive plasma products related customer’s specification reviewing process, product presentation materials creation and all the configuration set up required.   

Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Responsibilities:

  • External Account support – product presentations, CIP, product positioning and product roadmap discussions. Total account satisfaction.
  • Internal Account support – drive internal interface to engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and order entry for account solutions.
  • Projects – feature sheets, CIP presentation, throughput model, Cost of ownership models, product positioning statements.
  • Beta site control – write beta site proposals, attend product support meetings, summarize beta site results with product support.
  • User group meetings – product roadmaps, presentations, CIP directly related to customer requirements and requests.
  • Spec review - Initiates and manages product specifications for plasma etch and strip products, including product marketing requirements, process specifications, product architecture, product strategy definition, feature requirements, and pricing.
  • Monitor and manage the product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. 
  • Monitor competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions.
  • Leads new product definition and business plans with joint developments. 
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned

  • Product Marketing Experience in Etch and Strip systems
  • Experience in Etch and Strip process qualifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others
  • Experience shaping market-leading products and/or core products of company
  • Proven ability achieving objectives in a complex and dynamic environment

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Greater than 3 years of experience in Semi Cap Equipment
Minimum BS degree of technical orientation

 

Environmental, Health & Safety Requirements:

·         Successful completion of required Safety training.

·         Ensure equipment and machines are maintained in safe operating condition.

·         Report to the Safety Officer any unsafe or unhealthy condition which cannot be corrected.

·         Follow all safety and health regulations and work practices, including personal protective equipment where applicable.
