Match Charter Public School is a free, high-performing charter public school in Boston. We are a PreK-12 school serving 1,250 students. The Inclusion Aide is an integral member of our school team, and is a great opportunity for someone who relishes the idea of working with students with special needs.  The inclusion aide role allows for the fostering of an inclusive community, skill development, social-emotional growth, and the unique opportunity to support a student...

Inclusion Aides are responsible for developing deep relationships with students, and leveraging those relationships to ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential.

We have a need for a 1-1 aide to cover a maternity leave starting in January, 2020.  The person in this role will be expected to provide support with implementation of skills and goals in line with the student’s educational and therapeutic needs.  Throughout the school day, the aide will support the student  during instructional times both in and out of the classroom, and during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times.
