Description

Seeking outgoing, experienced Field Manager for a national grassroots tour to promote the launch of a new DIY product line for national brand. Ideal field manager would be a tea enthusiast who is interested in educating others on proper preparation and enjoyment of hot and iced tea.

TIMING

  • Approximately September 20 – December 20

LOCATION

  • Northeast/West Coast

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall tour management – overseeing all aspects of tour logistical operations
  • Conduct set up and tear down of on-site activation at each stop of tour
  • Oversee every facet of live activation to ensure flawless execution
  • Responsible for all tour transportation vehicle operations from driving, maintenance and Over-The-Road needs
  • Onsite brand ambassador management
  • All product coordination including pick up, delivery, and distribution
  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding sampling goals set forth by our client directive
  • Conduct strong event reporting in a timely manner – including detailed write ups, event photos, and sampling distribution numbers
  • The role of the Field Manager (FM) is to be an extension of both the MatchMG and Brand teams and will require travel throughout the duration of the tour.
    • FM will assume a professional and courteous manner at all times given Brand/MatchMG executives will be in attendance at events.
    • FM will be educated on brand integrity, talking points, etc. through MatchMG
  • Follow safety regulations and ensure safe and legal implementation for each event
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation, Federal, State and local driving regulations, where applicable
  • FM to actively post on Social Media sites on behalf of the brand with approval by MatchMG to generate buzz

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be outgoing, enthusiastic and approachable
  • Experienced in driving a truck 26’ or larger (CDL License Required)
  • 3-5 years of Event/Promotional Tour Field Manager Experience
  • Interested, familiar and comfortable with the preparation of DIY (do-it-yourself) tea in both hot and iced varieties
  • Tech savvy with ability to relate to tech communication/consumers
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising teams
  • Professional and detail-oriented
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in real time
  • Strong social media following across multiple platforms and regions a plus
  • Effective communicator
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
