Retail Support Center Representative

Description

Under the direction of the Retail Support Center Manager, the customer service representatives will work directly with field operation team members to successfully execute our retail merchandising programs.

This position reports to the Retail Support Center Manager and is responsible for aspects supporting the field teams.

Responsibilities/Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Answer inbound calls from our merchandiser for placing orders for cosmetics and resolution questions
  • Perform outbound quality control calls
  • Maintain knowledge of active projects in order to provide merchandisers with pertinent information regarding the projects
  • Enter data for our mapping database
  • Review photos from our field team
  • Work closely with the Area Managers and Client Service Managers

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, problem solving tactics, excellent written and verbal communication, strong work ethic.
