MatchMG is seeking a smart, ambitious, energetic, and strategic-thinking Experiential Marketing Supervisor (Temp role) in our Norwalk, CT office. The ideal candidate will come with a unique combination of left-brain and right-brain skills. This position will be based in our Norwalk office and will work alongside our creative and account teams.

Key Responsibilities includes: concept, plan, and present non-traditional marketing programs but also to oversee the execution of those projects. Travel within the U.S. is required.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in event marketing and activation, including the management of event staff and fabrication vendors is required
  • Experience working with CPG and spirits, in an event environment is preferred
  • National experience and a strong working knowledge of all experiential marketing tactics including: guerilla marketing, street teams, mobile tours, trade shows, and pop-up retail
  • Working alongside account and creative teams for concepting experiential programs
  • Strong attention to detail, and resourceful problem solver
  • Responsible for procuring and managing all event budgets
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred
