Summary: 
We are seeking a Lead Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team.  This position will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial, commercial, operational, supply chain, capital expenditure, and other strategic business analyses. The Lead Analyst will play a key role in guiding financial decisions by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and modeling.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial modeling and due diligence process for all major investment projects.
  • Support the corporate FP&A team by developing financial models to predict the Company’s results and financial position.
  • Support strategic initiatives, projects and current state performance diagnosis through ad hoc analysis and developing executive presentations for senior leadership
  • Through ongoing tool development, quantitative analysis, KPIs and insights generation, inform business decisions and improvement priorities which maximize value creation
  • Build, maintain and support multiple large and complex, strategic in nature projects that have a high degree of scope and risk, on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including internal customers and peers
  • Train and develop capabilities of analyst(s) and senior analyst(s) as assigned by the company
  • Perform all activities in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business Conduct
Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or related STEM field required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience or combination of equivalent experience and education in supply chain, financial and business analysis preferred
  • Advanced excel and power point skills required
  • Advanced financial modeling skills preferred
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills required
  • Ability to multi-task, support multiple customers/assignments and adapt in a dynamic environment required
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment required
  • Experience managing and manipulating data sets utilizing analytical tools (Tableau, Altreyx, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time required
  • Experience using project management tools preferred
