Customer Service Representative
Description
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for ready mix customers.
Requirements
- Answers the phones and places new orders
- Must be able to type 30-35 WPM
- Call customers as needed for dispatchers
- Responsible for total customer satisfaction
- Speak to our customers in a positive and friendly manner
- Answer customer’s questions on concrete products
Minimum Education and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience in the ready mix concrete industry and strong understanding of concrete, admixtures and aggregate
- 1-3 years of related experience using COMMAND data dispatch system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong computer, phone and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work various hours including overtime
- Ability to maintain composure in all situations and not become defensive or irritated
- Knowledge of the Northern Arizona and surrounding geographic area
- Bilingual preferred
