For the next steps of our growth story of bringing the right people together, We are looking for a B2B Sales Intern/Working Student (m/w/d) to join our B2B Sales Team in Berlin.  

As a B2B Sales Intern/Working Student (m/w/d), you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our fast-growing sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in sales and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers and leads
    Generate and maintain a list of potential clients to provide to Sales Managers

  • CRM System Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
    Ensure all necessary information is documented and updated promptly

  • Customer Outreach and Follow-up: Assist sales representatives in reaching out to customers and following up on leads

  • Sales/Strategy: Attend sales meetings and actively participate in sales strategy discussions
    Conduct market research to identify potential areas for sales growth
    Analyze sales data to support decision-making processes
    Shadow experienced sales representatives to learn and adopt effective sales techniques and approaches
    Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers

  • Other Sales-Related Tasks/Projects: Contribute to various sales-related tasks and projects as assigned

We hope that you are:

  • You are enrolled as a business-, economics-, management- (or comparable field) student for at least one more year

  • You have a strong interest in Sales and Business processes

  • You are looking for a part-time contract (with opportunity for prolongation) to gain valuable experience next to your studies
  • You have good MS Office skills and can learn quickly how to use new IT systems. Knowledge of Excel would be appreciated.
  • You are are fluent in German, proficient in English 

  • You enjoy working together in a dynamic, international team.

  • You are proactive, customer oriented and you have strong communication skills.

  • You are based in Berlin
