- Sourcing: Utilize a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to unearth hidden gems.
- Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring seamless execution.
- Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit.
- Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability.
- Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
- Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers.
- Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
- Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on Social Media.

- Proven Experience: 2+ years of successful talent acquisition experience.
- Sourcing Specialist: Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
