Join our Marketing Team! Mac Properties is looking to hire an outstanding Events & Engagement Coordinator for our St. Louis operation! We are looking for someone with high energy who can work independently for this full-time position.

The salary for this role is $45,000/year and requires a flexible schedule for hosting on-site events at our properties!

In this role, you will report to the Events & Engagement Manager and be responsible for planning and executing unique and engaging events to increase lease renewals, generate resident referrals from existing residents, and create a sense of community within Mac apartment buildings. This role also involves creating marketing materials, helping to curate social media content, and establish partnerships between local businesses and Mac Properties in the region. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, promote and deliver resident events monthly, working nights and weekends as necessary
    • Oversee all functions of the event from start to finish, with an emphasis on local vendor coordination and staying within annual budget
    • Create and deliver all marketing materials to promote events
    • Track event attendance
    • Share marketing information with internal teams (e.g. event photos to social team)
  • Maintain and continue to build Resident Perk Programs
    • Outreach to potential partners about program partnership
    • Maintain website ensuring all perk offers are current and up to date
  • Support leasing agents/managers
    • Assist with Corporate/Student/Local Outreach. Identify organizations, establish & maintain relationships to generate leads
    • Host private events for residents and target outreach groups for marketing and leasing purposes
    • Take Matterport images of apartments for property website as needed
    • Curate social media and perks partnership content as requested

 

Other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •     Bachelor’s Degree and at least one (1) year of related training or experience preferred.
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •     Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, and Word required. Salesforce and Eventbrite experience is a plus.
  •     Exposure to graphic design or fine art training. Experience with creative software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe) preferred.
  •     Ability to quickly learn new technical skills
  •     Great attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
