Marketing Intern
Description
We are looking to hire outstanding Marketing Interns for in Chicago, IL, Kansas City, Mo and St. Louis, MO! In this role, you will be responsible for planning fun and engaging events for our residents, generating new leads for Leasing Agents, and promoting resident loyalty to increase renewals and referrals from existing residents.
This is a full-time internship slated to last until September 2024.
- Help plan and work at resident events as needed.
- Audit and test marketing channels to ensure asset performance.
- Create Content
- Social Media
- Virtual tours (using SAS technology)
- Print flyers and posters
- Websites
- Assist with website management
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
