Position Summary
Position is an Apprentice Mechanic responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from maintaining, repairing, and restoring vintage race cars, motorcycles, and trucks.

- Learn the ins and outs of all aspects of multiple road cars and race cars dating from 1911 to present day.
- Learn to fabricate and weld.
- Learn to use machining tools such as laith and mill.
- Clean cars inside and out.
- Maintain workshop in a clean and tidy manner.
- Run errands and transport cars and parts as needed.
- Attend races in the US and overseas when needed.
- Attend road rallies when needed.
- Start and check all cars on a monthly basis.
- Help with loading of semi for race events.
Preferred Requirements
- Be able to work with others as a team.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be self-motivated.
- Be able to work individually, with direction.
- Have an understanding of mechanics.
- Have a clean driver’s license.
- Be professional and presentable.
- Be able to work in a clean and tidy manner and keep the workshop clean and organized at all times.
- Have own tools or be able to buy a basic set.
Desired:
- Classic/vintage car repair experience preferred
- Race experience
